Blocking Off Calendar Time
This CRM feature allows you to block off specific times on a user's calendar. This is useful for holidays, personal time, or any other reason you need to make a user unavailable for appointments.
How to Block Off Time
Navigate to the Calendar module.
In the top right corner, click the blue "New" button.
A side menu will appear. Select "Block Off Time."
Choose the user whose calendar you want to block.
Give the block a title (e.g., "Closed for Holiday").
Set the start and end dates and times for the block. To block off the rest of the week, for example, you would set the end date for Sunday, ensuring the calendar opens back up on Monday.
Once the block is created, it will automatically appear on the calendar and prevent anyone from booking an appointment during that time.
